Greenstats charges and collects payments for use of its real estate professional platform. All payments for services that have been rendered are non-refundable. In addition, payments for upgrades, trial extensions, and support plans are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, the customer will be able to make the first payment.
All subscriptions renew automatically, with the renewal date based on the original subscription date, unless the customer provides written notice to Greenstats (via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org ) at least five business days prior to the scheduled renewal date that it does not wish for the subscription to renew. In addition, customers may cancel subscriptions with 30 days’ prior written notice to Greenstats (via the email address email@example.com). In the event of such a cancellation, (i) Customers having annual or quarterly subscriptions will be entitled to a refund for any amounts prepaid for the remainder of the then-current annual subscription period, prorated based as of the effective date of termination of the subscription, and (ii) no refunds or credits for partial months will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation of a monthly subscription.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties; provided, however, Greenstats may collect and remit such taxes, levies, or duties if it determines it is legally obligated to do so.
Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, customer must write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
With regards to downgrades on a subscription, Greenstats does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with the services provided by Greenstats, please write to email@example.com and we will evaluate refunds or credits on a case by case basis as appropriate. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
